Cosy hotel owned /managed by a family, which are very friendly and kind with the guests. We felt like home being there. Kudos to the waitresses in the restaurant, exceptional service provided for the guests. Food in special was delicious. The hotel is very well located, close to the ski lifts in the city.

This facility is perfect for families driving into Switzerland. It's walking distance to a lift that has a fun alpine playground and marble run and excellent views. Enough beds for bigger families. We brought our own food to make it more affordable, and there were kitchen and picnic facilities. We easily navigated to other areas like the lakes and Lauterbrunnen valley.

The hotel and the staff are great. I liked them when our daughter got sick and we decided to leave because there was no hospital, they promised me to contact Booking. Com. They are so friendly with their guests. When i was driving on a difficult road in Frutt Mountain, they kept guiding me to reach them.

It has a very good view. It is on top of the mountain.Very cozy and cleaned. We had our stay for 4 days and 3 nights and it turns out very well. They had a free breakfast which is good and very accommodating staff and owner.They are very nice and friendly.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the view from the balcony/room was spectacular across to the mountains and waterfall. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rafael. The room although not modern was clean and comfortable and suited our stay. The free pass to use the cable car either up or down the mountain was a brilliant bonus.

This accomodation was in a cute little mountain village, had cooking facilities with enough pots and pans and things. The bathroom was all you need and the two beds were comfortable. Lovely location and all you need in a little self-contained studio for a couple.

Loved the amazing views and authentic Swiss experience. It’s in a great spot above the tourist towns, with meadows and lots of space. The house is filled with authentic antique furnishings and had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the house kept us warm in the rain. Just know that if you’re looking for a modern chalet with high tech gadgets, this isn’t it. It's more like staying in the home of an old friend. We would have loved to stay longer... warmly recommended!
