The hotel is brand new, modern, and exceptionally clean. Free parking is a huge plus! The suite was simply wow, wow! 😍 Modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, and the espresso machine was just perfect! There is also a playroom for kids in the basement, which is a great bonus for families travelling with children. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food, and the service was excellent. Everything was thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The landlady was very nice and helpful. This hotel’s location is very convenient right next to the railway station, and with a beautiful view of the lake. It has a “cinema” room downstairs where you can have a beer and talk to your friends without disturbing others. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of bread, cheese, ham, muesli, egg made to order.

We had a lovely stay at Seehotel Pilatus. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view over Lake Lucerne, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. We had mentioned our son’s birthday before arriving and really appreciated the thoughtful surprise of chocolates and a beautiful towel-flower arrangement in the room. They also brought him a dessert with a candle at dinner, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast had a great selection and everything we tried was fresh and tasty, and we also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Free parking was another welcome bonus and added to the overall value. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, but it didn’t affect our stay at all — we experienced no noise, dust or disruption. We would happily stay again.
