We enjoyed our stay very much. The communication through whatsapp was so personal and highly responsive. The hotel provided all the requested items such as an extra bed for one of the children and also helped provide an adapter to charge our phone. Rooms were so comfy and very functional. Very clean as well.

When I arrived I discovered that I had accidentally booked for the following night, not the night I was planning to be there! The staff was able to talk to a fellow that had booked a 4 person dorm all for himself to see if he would be willing to share. I think the fact that I was an older solo traveler helped him agree to this. We ended up getting along well. I was really impressed that staff at check in were willing to go above and beyond to make my stay possible. Plus, it was a comfortable bed.
