Literally everything. The hotel itself might seem a bit far away from Zürich, but has very good connection by S-bahn, with very good frequency. The biggest shopping centre in the whole Switzerland nearby with plenty of restaurants, fast foods and shops. The room was spacious, comfy, clean and had a good inner temperature. The bathroom was exceptional and staff cleaned my whole room 2-times during my 4-night stand which I found very awesome. The room had a plenty of space for my clothes and other stuff and it also had a smaller safe. Staff was very sympathetic and kind.

Honestly this place isn’t that bad, if they put a little more effort into cleaning the rooms and making sure people don’t smoke in all the rooms it would be an awesome cheap place! Staff were extremely friendly and helping and also free coffee!

Sadly nothing made us happy about our stay. I can only give credit to the people of the Hilton who do the check-in process and tried to make the best out of the numerous it with their limited abilities since they can't do anything else for the IIP Apartments (except the check-in) since it's not their responsibility.

The welcome and actually everything else. The host was more friend than manager. Srdjan, the manager, accompanied me throughout my stay. Somehow he managed to be omnipresent everywhere and solved any or all problems immediately. He made sure that his guests always felt comfortable. Thumbs up. The room itself had everything one needs, well arranged and clean and offers a homely atmosphere. The fact that public transport is right at the doorstep is definitely a plus.

Hotel and room's were new clean and very nice. We were there during a heat wave and unfortunately there was no air-conditioning which made the night very uncomfortable. I imagine the stay would have been much much better had there been some relief from the heat as the room's were actually very nice.

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.
