Our recent stay at Boutique Hotel Stanserhorn was truly one for the books. From the moment we arrived quite late in the evening after a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made sure we felt at home right away. Despite the hour, they were accommodating, attentive, and kind, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special commendation goes to the team at Anouk, who went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected issue at a nearby petrol station. Their willingness to help, their calm guidance, and their genuine care made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to experience such a level of personal attention, and it did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing ambience that perfectly matches the beauty of the surrounding landscape. But what truly makes Stanserhorn stand out is its people. Their hospitality made our trip all the more meaningful. Highly recommended both for the stunning location and the exceptional service.

The apartment for 5 has a very interesting vibe to it, it made us curious to know its history and gave us the feeling as if it might let us in on some secrets from the past. We loved the wooden floors and the old windows; I found out later that the place used to be a shoemaker’s shop, which added to the value of the place in a way. I recommend!

Hands down the location - up on top of the mountain with miraculous views of Lucern, the Lucern lakes and surrounding areas as well as views of the slopping green farming mountains, and finally the snow cape mountains. The venue balances the old with the new well. Finally - the spa is high quality with so many things to do and experience with the highlight the outdoor 35 degree pool with again amazing views.

First class location. Very easy accessible. The hotel exceeded in every aspect our expectation. Very friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Super clean in every aspect. Breakfast is simply delicious. A reflection of great food in Switzerland. We will recommend the hotel to all our associates and friends. Will definitely stay here again when back in Switzerland. A very short 20 minute drive away from Luzern and world class skiing slops of Engelberg.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast. Central location and right opposite to the station which takes you up to the Stanserhorn, which is absolutely recommendable ! Very nice hotel which we will happily stay at again when in Stans.

Rather big rooms, goods beds, clean and good breakfast buffet. Very helpfull staff at the reception. We will stay here again on our next trip from Belgium to Italy.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived towards the end of the afternoon, therefore there was no one to receive us. However, we got clear instructions for the check-in process, so it was relatively easy and smooth to check in. Breakfast is really good, plenty of options and good quality overall! The lady that is in charge of the hotel is super nice and welcoming! Parking is just across the street and easy instructions for payment. We stayed here to go to Engelberg so it was quite close and easy to get to as well.

For the price, our stay was perfect for what we needed. Location was great and the restaurant was fantastic. The pizzas were really amazing and the coffee even better (if that's possible)! The accommodation is very very basic, but it's clean and it's perfect for a stay whilst travelling around the area. There was a kettle with tea, sugar and milk which I wasn't expecting. All in all quite pleasant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
