Absolutely loved the peace and quiet, despite it being quite centrally located. I had a little private garden, which was so peaceful and lovely. As a woman travelling on my own, I felt safe.

Wonderful country side location. View to the Alps. Nice village nearby. We visited an arrangement in Winterthur.Bus stop nearby, easy to come to town. We could get bys ride to the airport too.

Not nearly as loud as I feared. It's in the town center, so there is some minimal noise, but nothing that would keep anyone up.

Fabulous little place within walking distance to Winterthur’s main shopping, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and extremely accommodating staff.

War für eine Geschäftsreise dort (Startup), das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, tolles Konzept (eigenes Kino!), und lockere Atmosphäre. Schöne, neue Zimmer, sehr freundliches, junges Personal. Außerdem: Es gibt um die Ecke einen mega-schönen Co-Working Space "Zum Hinteren Hecht", zum Arbeiten und für Termine ideal. Absolute Empfehlung!

This oasis in the middle of Winterthur was completely delightful, beatiful property with historical significance and within walking distance from train and buses. Close to the historic Old Town of Winterthur. Our hosts were wonderful, lots of knowledge of the area and very willing to share their knowldge if requested. Breakfast was great, all organic, and lots of room to dine. Added bonus; we stayed here at the end of our trip and it was just a short train ride from Zurich Airport for our return flight.

Hotel Banana City Winterthur is a place that consistently delivers a great stay. The team are exceptionally warm, professional, and helpful, and the rooms feel unusually large for a city hotel while being thoroughly cleaned every day. The underground parking is a major advantage—easy access and, across many stays over the past years, it has always been possible to find a parking spot. Complimentary access to Fitnesspark Winterthur is a fantastic extra, and the walkable distance to the city centre and railway station makes everything effortle

The Staff was very helpful and friendly

Almost everything was perfect for us. Location, size, confi, equipment, lovely owner, complementary coffee, etc. Since it was rather cold in Winterthur and the house wasn't super warm, we had to ask to raise the temperature. This was no problem and addressed super quickly by Sabine. We will definitely be back!
