Esmorzar molt complert, l'habitació tenia de tot, bones vistes, cuina i un llit molt còmode. El personal molt amable, com no sabem xines ens van trucar a un restaurant per a reservar una taula.

El personal era inmillorable. De tots els llocs on he estat de la Xinam eren sens dubte en el lloc on eren més atents. A més parlaven tots un anglès molt bo. No hi ha ascensor però t'ajuden a pujar escales. Està molt prop del metro i la zona ofereix restaurants molt bons.

Aquest hotel té molts punts forts. El millor staff de tot Xina, Panda, Mumu i Wang són molt servicials, t’ajuden i t’assessoren sobre les activitats a Pekin, el metro, entrades i tot sempre amb un gran sonriure. I dominen perfectment l’anglès. A més em van fer un upgrade d’habitació L’ubicació, amb 3 línies de metro, al voltant hi ha cafès i restaurants, malgrat estar centric està en una zona molt tranquil•la i segura. Les habitacions estan impecables, aigua, cafè i té a voluntat. Em van permetre un late checkout ja que tenia un vol nocturn i em van proposar una dutxa a l’acabar el dia. L’hotel té wifi amb vpn, indispensable a la Xina.
