The staff was professional in handling my request for a receipt. Although they can only provide a Chinese version with my English name printed on it, they were efficient and have a clear procedure to make sure my request was completed correctly. A variety of local Chinese and Western options were provided at their complimentary breakfast and the cleaning staff was very helpful in assisting my needs.

A good all round service. Lovely spacious room. Great bathroom. Thick walls, so quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Varied tasty food in the buffet. Western food room service - limited but tasty. Helpful staff, good level of English; lucky me! Recommend.
