Very comfortable bed. slept well. good breakfast. good afternoon tea before the match with a glass of sekt. excellent location for the football stadium a 10-15 min walk away we lost 2-0 after the match both sides' supporters stopped off for a few beers. good atmosphere, no problems. We last stayed in a Steigenberger hotel in 2006 in Stuttgart opposite the station.

The staff was very friendly, the room was big and spacious, the food in restaurant was pretty good. But the sauna area was our favourite with 2 sauna rooms with private outside view, plus a nice steam bath.

Quiet,great location. Lots of shops nearby,with everything you need (pharmacies,groceries,fast food). Subway and train station are within minutes walking distance.

Just a wonderful hotel and people. They put on free food before and after the match and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent very spacious and spotlessly clean. A 5 star experience thank you.

Excelent location just in the city center! All the restaurants, bars and shops are close.The room was spacious with a small kitchen. Nice design. Good quality hair dryer. Big underground parking.

We came to Dortmund for the Tarkan concert and chose the Leonardo Hotel because of its convenient location and excellent reviews. It turned out to be a great decision. At check-in, if you choose to skip room cleaning, the hotel offers complimentary drinks that you can enjoy later during your stay. The comfortable rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall service truly make it worth it. If we come back to Dortmund in the future, this will definitely be the place where we stay again.

Rooms were cool, mirrors were amazing with the light shining through in the bathroom, shower spacious and comfortable, TV was easy to navigate, we slept well, not noisy in the night but still close to city centre.

The breakfast is very tasty, the rooms are well-designed, freshly renovated and nice. The staff is very friendly, and the location quiet.

Everything was fine. The location is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is just perfect. You can reach any metro line from here. Also, many restaurants are very close. I would stay here again. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Dortmund. Easy to get in with app.

I am a traveller with basic needs. I don't need a load of facilities, just a quiet room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom and City Pension was perfect in that respect. To get two nights for around €100 was already good but I knew there would be compromises but, in terms of the basics, nothing at all was compromised and was to the standard I'd expect from a far more expensive place. I also wanted to say a special thank you to the guy managing the place who tolerated my problems with the key card with good humour. If you want a no frills place to sleep in Dortmund, this place is hard to beat in my view.

Smooth check in and they let us arrive early.
