Amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay again.

everything was fine. this is one of my favorite hotels

Nice room Perfect location Amazing service

Staying at this hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also convenient as it’s not far from Dortmund Central Station.

I traveled to the hotel with car, you van park realy nearby in a parking. It costs 12.50euro a day/night. The hotel has a perfect location. I thought the people who worked at the hotel were really friendly. The room was perfect. We liked our stay a lot.

Great location, cleanliness, facilities, fully equipped breakfast and friendly staff.

Clean hotel centrally located for a very reasonable price

This is my third coming. Everything was great and I'll keep coming back if hotel preserve this quality, variaty of services and prices ratio. Special recommandations for staff members and beautiful entrance loby.

The location was great for us visiting Dortmund to watch a football game at Signal Iduna Park.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great location right by Phoenix-See — perfect for a walk and easy to get around Dortmund. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a really good bed. Breakfast was genuinely great: plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, an ideal hotel for a Dortmund trip — I’m giving the highest score and would happily stay again.

I loved the design of the bedrooms and the friendly stuff!

Very nice personal especially Gabi and Mariuna! Very nice clean room, I feel like home cause stuff was very warm and make us feel comfortable

I really liked the location, the exterior and interior, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was excellent. I also liked the equipment of the room. Everything was as described

The best people on the service area. The best manager and concierges. Guys at the bar where absolutely helpful and kind. EL MEJOR HOTEL DE DORTMUND.

Very convenient location, just 15 minutes’ drive from Dortmund, yet peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by forest. A great place to unwind. The breakfasts were tasty, and even the repeated menu did not bother us. We also really appreciated the well-working A/C, which was a real blessing during the heat in Germany. What made the stay truly special was the staff: Micha at reception was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially as we were traveling with our cat, possibly the hotel’s first feline guest. Bogdana from housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Even though the hotel is very pet-friendly, everything felt exceptionally clean.

Nice and cozy. Perfectly clean. All in one. Everything prepared on site. Even special kit with all things for kid. That was nice surprise. Fully equipped kitchen. Another advantage is the location in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Nice hotel, serene setting and helpful staff

The hotel is very clean, quite and comfortable. The staff on the reception was extremely helpful.

The location is perfect, especially for the price, very close to the main street which you just have to follow to get to the Westphalen stadium which is a bit further from the centre. Yet, very close to the main square where the Christmas market was, close aswell to the bus station and the U tower , so you're practicly in the middle of everything. The hosts were very good, they can communicate on multiple languages but offcourse depending on which one do you speak

It was clean, the rooms were big and the staff was very nice

Spotless and comfy apartment in an excellent location

I didn’t know that the room had its own bathroom, that was amazing 😍 Plus there’s a hot drinks vending machine downstairs

Smooth check in and they let us arrive early.

Location , you have everything around of the hotel
