We were looking for a place to spend our last night of our two week holiday that was convenient to the Munich airport in a small, historic town so that it would be easy to return our rental car. Erding was charming with lots of cafes to choose from for our dinner. We had an outstanding meal at Gruberei Gaumenfreuden that is just a few steps away from the apartment. The apartment itself was very large and spacious with two bedrooms, a large kitchen area, and a large seating area. It was spotlessly clean and feels new. The apartment is located on the second floor above a very busy beauty shop owned by our host (that is where you will meet her to get your room keys). The pastry and coffee shop directly across the street from the apartment was amazing. We knew that parking on site was not available, but there is a public parking lot that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes. The fee was only 6EU per day! There is a loading area next to and behind the building in a small courtyard where you can take care of your bags upon arrival or departure.

Amazing apartment, in a quaint, small village, 45 min from the city center of Munich by train....PERFECT!!! The apartment was more than we expected for our traveling group of 5 adults. 1 large main bath, 1 wc, large dining room, TV room and 3 bedrooms, with an additional small sofa in dining area and large sofa which doubled as a bed in the TV room. Being outside the city center of Munich by train was perfect. We ate in the local restaurants, shopped at the Rewe supermarket only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Klaudia and her husband were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Hope to return one day as this family, apartment and location were absolutely perfect!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
