Very dusty floor, it hasn't been mopped. Sheets are clean but dusty. The temperature is difficult to control; we couldn't turn it off, very hot or very cold. Washine machine to be paid and not free as it appears here. Microwave dirty and yellow could not be used, it is also part of the facilities here. The owner has to update the booking facilities.

Excelent location, close proximity to Munich, 5 souranding lakes and many cultural sites in this area. Room was spatious and comfortable, very clean, excelent breakfast in a beautiful dining room. They also have very afordable self serving bar opened 24 hours where you can help yourself to coffe, beer, wine, soft drinks and some snacks, everything for a very reasonable price. And they have a closed garage for the guests with cars.
