Excellent value for money and late checkout.

What a find. Ignore the bad reviews, this is a lovely hotel, new, clean, modern, great rooms, shower etc, and lovely staff. The breakfast was very nice also. NOTE: if you have a car, easier to pay the ten Euros to reception and use the car park across the road. Otherwise you have to drive around looking for a free space on the street (there were none when I was there).

Auto check in and out was easy. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and generous.

Very nice and clean hotel, comfortable bed, tidy room and clean towels every day, lovely staff, good location and so lovely people around. I felt very well there.

Staff were wonderful - nothing was any trouble. They met every request with courtesy and smiles - we were especially thankful for the late checkout an the buckets of ice we needed!

Excellent kitchen and a place available

This hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely. Considering it is very close to the main train stay we were surprised at the quality. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. There is around the corner, a laundry. Something often difficult to find in a big city. We would recommend this hotel to anyone transmitting through Mainz. .

It was spotless and modern. Great parking facilities for our van which is hard to find due to most hotels having parking garages that don’t fit a van

excellent location, just few tens of meters from the train station, just opposite a park. The room was specious and the breakfast great. Previlidged room offered free access to minibar in the room

Everything was excellent - amazing place and design, very pleasant staff, comfortable beds and big room with everything we needed. Totally recommend and hope we will stay there again one day.

Modern apartment with everything you require for a short or long trip, I stayed 29 nights and can thoroughly recommend. Situated away from town you need a car, big advantage if you play golf as check in is conducted at the desk in the golf club house. There is a restaurant on site. Apartment has underfloor heating and fully equipped kitchen. In basement there are washers and dryers.

We stayed only one night on a long journey, but our experience was very positive. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you for allowing us a much later check-out than usual, which made a huge difference after a long and tiring journey. We really appreciated the flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Room was big enough and hat also a balcony/terrace

The man for breakfast is amazing. Been going here for some years and he’s always there, such a friendly man. The rooms were amazing (as always) and our special requests were respected.

The apartment is situated in the perfect city centre, 5 min walk from both the old town and the train station. It was perfectly equipped for our stay and the host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again when i’m in Mainz.

Centre of Mainz is just around the corner. Elevator to 6th floor was convenient. We found everything we needed.

Easy to find , close to restaurants, bars , etc . Great little space , compact and cozy , neat , clean with lovely touches throughout . Tastefully decorated , very homely .
