Location was suitable for us. We wanted something close to the city center. This facility was close to the city center.

Good located well equiped room. Tasty breakfast. Good standard for a resonable price

Very nice and helpful staff. Bed very comfortable and room with the lake view. Breakfast tasty and also restaurant with the lake view.

Great rooms, very large and comfortable. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. The view over the lake is spectacular. Thank you, will be back.

Big and clean room. Delicious breakfast. Nice Bar.

It was very nice, we had a beautiful view, we were with a kitten and everything went very well. It was close to the bus or tram and close to tourist spots. Breakfast varied for everyone and very delicious. I recommend this location.

I loved the size of the room, it was huge, with a sofa and large shower wc room, large wardrobe, desk, tables. Great decoration theme, fab location. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of continental breakfast, melon, fruits, ham, cold meats, cheeses, German cake, different types of bread and rolls, teas, coffees, fruit juices but not an English breakfast tea that I could see.(Dargeling or fruit teas), a gorgeous yoghurt and lots of other things, scrambled egg and frankfurters.

Our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Potsdam was exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, making it very easy to explore the city's main attractions + Messe. The rooms were modern, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was professional and very welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered a of options. I am attaching the we had a fantastic experience at the Hampton by Hilton Potsdam. The hotel is modern, spotless, and perfectly located for exploring the city. A special shout-out to Niki at the front desk/staff! She was incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and she truly made a difference in our visit. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended, especially for the great hospitality!

The location is brilliant, if you have to park your car other than the hotel and you are parking for the day the charges start at midnight so we stayed for 3 nights but had to pay for 4 days the hotel is a better option for parking if there are spaces. The property is lovely has an amazing courtyard where you can have breakfast or an evening meal.

The apartment was spacious and equipped with many appliances. There were a toaster, an electric kettle, hobs for cooking, a coffee machine with two free pods (additional ones can be bought at the reception for 0.50€), and even a dishwasher. In spite of the apartment windows being above a street with a lot of traffic, the apartment was extremely quiet, since the windows were perfectly soundproof. The bathroom was spacious and there were soap dispensers near the washbasin and in the shower. The Charlottenhof train station is just 2 minutes away on foot (1 minute if you run!), so the location is ideal. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Excellent, owner-managed hotel. All rooms in the inner courtyard, therefore very quiet. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Restaurants and public transport only a few minutes away.

This is a lovely small hotel, at the very heart of old-town Potsdam, connected with a stakehouse where the buffet breakfast is also served. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. Bed in the room was very good to sleep in, views from the windows very beautiful, and bath tub was a pleasant surprise. Wifi worked ok for my needs. The hotel and the room were very tidy

Very close to city centre. Historical place - old hospital. Very good breakfast.

Attractive hotel. Ideally placed to explore Potsdam on foot - Very friendly staff. Safe car parking. Wide choice on breakfast buffet.

The room was convenient and spacious enough for our family of 3. The hotel is located just at the outskirts of the old town that can be reached by foot.

Very nice host. We arrived after opening hours but he was kind and waited for us. Room was specious and clean, easy parking and just a few km from the highway.

Everything was great, clean, nicely designed, bed was comfortable. The host is very friendly.

- very nice and caring Hosts, ready to help and give you good tips. - very good value for money, with a comfortable well equipped flat in a very quiet and green part not so far from Berlin. it's worth it instead of sharing the same room with 6-12 people in a hotel in berlin town center for the same price

Everything is perfect. Only there is no air conditioner in rooms if it is important for you.

Great location for a peaceful relaxing stay. Woodland walks, lakeside. Comfortable beds and great pools and spa

Very nice staff, nice buffet, comfortable beds, calm vibe.

Amazing location near beautiful lake. Beautiful spacious rooms. Great spa, with access for all ages. Wonderful breakfast. Kind and professional staff.
