A very beautiful hotel in a small suburb of Berlin. Close to Tropical Islands, which was important to us. Very friendly and nice staff. Tidy and clean rooms. Good food and nice lounge for adults. We will definitely come back here.

I particularly appreciated the breakfast selection, which was excellent - something for everyone. The staff were pleasant and friendly and my somewhat late arrival on the first night was not a problem as I received email instructions on how to use a code to get my key, though in fact a member of staff was still in the building and able to let me in when I arrived. For a single room, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Tropical Islands. We booked a tent which was basic but clean and comfortable with mattresses and sheets included. It was also conveniently located near the main pool Sudsee. We checked in with no issues arriving at 7pm and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast which was included in the price was excellent with plenty of choice and kept us going till the early afternoon when we left. We only had frozen yoghurt so can't comment on food in the restaurants. The yoghurt although expensive had generous portions. The place was clean and not overcrowded, we went the week before Christmas holidays.
