Great location, well trained and helpful staff

The room was very spatious and well lit. The air conditioner worked flawlessly. The breakfast was very good The room service was good but a tad expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood.

Solid hotel with really nice staff in a good area of Lisboa. Water was hot, the place was quite, and everything was walking distance. Solid out!

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

I enjoyed the time in the centre of Quito. Apartment was nice. The bed was comfortable. Personal was very helpful.

The building is steeped in history and the decor and flower arrangements 100% Fernando, concierge, was very attentive and professional The restaurant was excellent - 10 course tasting menu was the best we have had

This place is a gem! I already booked a second stay. The room with the balcony is very spacefull and the staff brought me breakfast to have there, it was magical! The place is also very well located close to all major spots in old town. There is also a great rooftop! The room was spotless and the staff was always ready to help. I checked in and out off work hours and they made sure to be there for me, I really appreciate.

This was a nice, clean, centrally located place in the historic center right near the main plaza. It is the perfect base to visit Quito. The communication with the hosts was also great. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
