The staff! Guys managing my check-in process were fabulous, helpful and witty. There was some problem with a TV set (we didn’t need a TV for one night) but to make us feel special we got a bottle of good Portugese wine. Upon departure, even though we didn’t stay for breakfast, we were offered coffee and a nice conversation.

The keys were waiting for us already and the kids were super happy about the setup and houses. Special thanks to Kee who helped us to settle in. The bedroom with bunk bed was spot on and kids liked it a lot. Also, there is a super friendly cat who looks just like from Gardfield cartoon.
