Amazing capsule hotel with wonderful customer service. I had a reservation at the Landside hotel, and they immediately satisfied my request to be moved to the Airside one. At the Airside Kepler Hotel, the capsules in the women’s area were fully equipped with everything needed. They were new and clean, with slippers and towels provided. The toilets were perfectly clean and new as well, and the showers were huge; soap and hairdryers were also provided. Breakfast was served from 5 a.m., so even though I had a very early takeoff, I could enjoy coffee, cookies, fruit, and nuts. Sandwiches, instant food, and drinks were also available. I will definitely stay at Kepler again in case of a stopover in Riga.

The room assigned to us is at level 4. It is clean and our needs are well attended. The place is a few minutes from Old Town and it is right at the centre of the business district. There are few good restaurants around the area although the hotel has its own dining restaurant at level 6, “Kitschen” that serves really good food. It also has a lounge bar at the 1st level. Checking in and check out is pretty easy and swift. We’ve stayed in this hotel the 2nd time.

The hotel comes with a lot of amenities (some free upon request), perfect for a solo traveler like me. Being a studio apartment, the provision of a fridge did help when it came to keeping leftovers for breakfast or storing items from the store nearby. I also had a room facing the courtyard which was very quiet in the night. The staff were extremely friendly and also pointed me to the directions of some attractions as well as the Christmas festivities happening around town. The receptionist even offered me an umbrella on my way out of the building when he realised that it was snowing heavily outside. 10/10 would recommend this hotel with the value you pay as you receive service and amenities above and beyond what is found in other accomodations.

A great place if you have an early flight. Bus nr 22 stops in front of the hotel and you can get to the airport in a couple of minutes. It's also great that you can get a very early breakfast - with many nice drink and food choices.

Comfortable apartments, have everything you need. Convenient location - a large park and a store nearby. Within walking distance there is a nice place with very tasty pizza. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Riga specialties, and was delicious. We booked two rooms for my husband and two daughters, and they arranged for us to have adjacent rooms, which was very helpful. The staff were also new and very polite. Everything. The hotel is truly luxurious, elegant, and feels genuinely five star. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and very quiet with excellent soundproofing. The location is very central, making it easy to explore Riga on foot. The spa facilities are stunning and the staff there were wonderful. We booked a massage and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, from reception to breakfast to the spa. The rooftop restaurant was also delicious, with very friendly and attentive staff.
