Really nice stuff. They are located in the city centre but still have their own parking. The area where the hotel is located is not fancy, but it's 7 min to walk to the old city, 3 min to bus station and train station. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is just perfect, in the very heart of Old Riga. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Arrival is easy as there is a key box. The apartment is large enough for up to 4 people in 2 separate rooms (bedroom and living room). The place is well equipped. When we were there it was very quiet, but as neighbouring apartments are also for rent, it depends on who lives next door. We did not meet Aleks but he reacted quickly to any message we sent.

lovely spacious studio apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. everything you need there and the shower was possible the hottest, most powerful shower I’ve ever had! great location, 10-15 min walk to the old town and also lots of bars and restaurants very close to the apartment on the surrounding streets. check in and out was very simple and the hosts were easily contactable and checked in to see how we were getting on.

Cozy studio turned into 1bhk perfect for couple or small family. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and was comfortably warm during the chill days. The building has a lift so that's a plus and there's a small grocery outlet just outside which is very convenient. Tram station is a 5 min walk and though not centrally located one can reach town in 15-20 mins. Did not meet the host but communication and checkin was smooth. For the price I'd say it was a very good stay given it had all modern amenities.

Our studio apartment certainly exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful, modern apartment in a newly renovated building. Clean and neat with nice interior details. It was relatively quiet and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent location, many nice restaurants and shops nearby, city center and old town are both within a walking distance. We'll definitely try to stay again when going to Riga.

Good quality for this money - nice, cozy and clean small studio. Convenient contactless check in and check out. You can find everything you need for the short stay in this apartment, including iron, hairdryer and etc. Very good location near the city center. And a wonderful retro elevator in the building :)

We booked 2 flats: double bedroom and studio. Double bedroom flat is good size with comfortable beds and nice bath (big plus). Studio was upgraded into double delux and this was really spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. We also enjoyed downstairs restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was delivered contactless behind the door in boxes. There was plenty of food. We missed coffee though. Very close are several cafes, shops and sights.
