Overnachtingen in Siwa

Verblijf was heel rustgevend.

From the moment I booked my stay until the day I left, the staff (and especially Mr. Mostafa) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I made my reservation in the middle of the night while traveling from Cairo to Siwa, and Mr. Mostafa personally confirmed my booking at around 4 a.m. and arranged a driver to pick me up from the busstation in the morning. In the morning, he even called me several times to make sure I had arrived safely by bus. That level of genuine care is something I’ve never experienced before! Mr. Mostafa is truly exceptional. He helped me with everything to make sure I enjoyed my stay to the fullest, from arranging tours in Siwa and organizing drivers including finding the best prices. No matter what time of day it was, he was always there to help with a smile. Mr. Mostafa and the rest of the staff constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay, opened doors, carried the suitcases and made me feel genuinely cared for. I was treated like a queen throughout my entire stay. The hotel and all facilities there really look amazing, just walking there made me feel really happy and grateful. It is very peaceful and at a good location. The city and the Salt lakes are closeby by car. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a great view. Housekeeping was available every day and always made sure everything was perfectly taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. You could chose to have a fresh omelet with your preferences, fresh fruits, falafel and much more! You will not be hungry anymore for most of the remaining day;). I am so grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel where the staff truly cares about their guests and makes you feel at home, I definitely recommend the Happy Oasis Hotel in Siwa!
