Love Belmond! All their hotels ate amazing and Residencia is a Dimond. The people are amazing.

Amazing large rooms, comfortable bed, good shower. Cute garden for exploring or reading and a nice pool and gym to round it out.

The staff here are just like your friends and they can fulfill all the needs

Perfect breakfasts, always with some variations and local specialities, good choice of teas and excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. Peaceful location in old town, hidden in narrow street.

The staff and service here was incredible, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We had to leave early before breakfast started and they kindly prepared some breakfast items to take with us. The facilities and room was very comfortable and luxurious.

In this hotel everything was excellent! No exeption! I stayed in many hotels but this was really the top. Very friendly people, beautiful room with great view over the ocean. And last but not least: we had buffet in evening and morning and the food was simply excellent!

The rooms are excellent — I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. I had read some previous reviews mentioning poor soundproofing, but that was not my experience at all. The hotel was quiet and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We were led to our lovely private studio apartment with its own terrace. Perfect for watching the sunset across the Tramontana. Breakfast (not inc) is served on a magical terrace that acts as a café bar during the day/evening

I loved the view — for me, it was the most important factor. The room was clean, I liked the style, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The price was reasonable, and the location was great.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. The beds are really comfortable and the showers are great. The town and the area are beautiful.

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, very spacious and comfortable. The best part is definitely the upper terrace with the most amazing picturesque view of Valldemossa and sunlight during the whole day. Staying in this house felt like being home. There was nothing missing, all cooking utensils you can think of, towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher with plenty of capsules, toaster, great coffee machine with plenty of coffee, moka etc. Everything you touch is of top quality and well maintained, great art on the walls, a lovely pianino. The house isn't like others where you feel its "made for rent", this one is made for living, everything is thought out. Check in and all the communication was very smooth, pleasant and easy.
