GermanyThe apartment is amazing and is located right next to the Palmanova beach. The bus stops are at 2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment was sparkly clean and we also got a free upgrade to the apartment suite. It had all the amenities and had a daily cleaning service. We were specially pleased with Ms. Almudena from the hotel reception, who was very helpful and she also helped us getting local recommendations and bike rental services. We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely visit again.

The location was amazing and the views of the marina and the whole bay of Puerto Pollensa from the apartment were absolutely stunning. We were right in the middle of town and had everything on our doorstep from supermarkets to shops to bars and restaurants. And of course the beautiful beaches. The apartment itself was light, airy, and spacious. It was also well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. Katja from Mallorca Holiday Properties was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact at any time.

Absolutely impeccable staff. Made our holiday. Entertainers were amazing. Both entertainers were 10/10 at their job. Activities everyday (water polo was the best) to bb rifle shooting to volleyball. Food was lovely. Waiters were amazing! Definitely worth a stay at HSM Don Juan.

We stayed as a family with two children and were very pleased with the accommodations. Our room was clean and quite spacious. We particularly appreciated the balcony, which offered a nice spot to unwind in the evenings. The small kitchen in the room was very convenient for preparing simple meals and snacks, especially for the children.

Close proximity to everything! Friendly owner and staff! The opportunity to meet up with family and have a sunshine holiday together, without being on top of one another! The pool is great and a main focal point for all staying there. If you don’t know your neighbours at the beginning of your holiday, you will certainly know them by the end and will have played a few games of water polo or similar!

My family and I all stayed in the Eden for a week’s holiday- it was excellent and provided very comfortable accommodation with great breakfast buffet, marvellous pool with plenty of beds plus a sensational rooftop bar. With a fabulous beach 🏖️ opposite. We had a great time 🤓

It was our first staying at this hotel, and we found the location and facilities very good, a great sandy beach; no disappointment. The staff are professional. The reception team made sure our check-in was quick to get the meal in the evening. Special thanks for Jakob at the reception. Carla's massage was super! The accommodation and restaurants' staff are efficient, quick and friendly. It was an enjoyable time for our family with two small kids, and we are planning to come back next season.

Really excellent friendly and attentive staff. The place is like a small "oasis" between all the new white same-looking hotel blocks at Playa de Palma. Pool area was great with 2 options, palms and enough chairs. Other guests were a good mix of couples, families and youth travellers. The main more-historic building has been nicely extended with lower level additional accommodations with more modern rooms. Food and buffet were extraordinary good - high variety and clean dining area inside and outside.
