The room was a great size and very modern with a high end feel to it, push button blinds, very nice bathroom, huge shower. Great location to explore the island with close by access to transportation or just walking to highlighted spots in Palma, restaurants, groceries, etc. The downstairs lounge was modern, clean and very large with several meeting & eating areas, a bar area, library reading area. I didn't use the other offerings such as massage therapy or the rooftop lounge. Absolutely a great hotel.

It features free WiFi, it is at an 8-minute walk from Palma Port and a 17-minute walk from Palma Yacht Club. Excellent location!!! Great places to eat! You can walk easily up and down. You can ask for more coffee capsules-sugar in the front desk. Smiley faces, great staff, Mathias gave us a great welcome, Irene was at the check out. The building is lovely! Gracias

Bike hire is available at this hotel and the area is popular for cycling. The hotel also offers car hire. Hipotels Palace was excellent and we spend an amazing week in Playa de Palma. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay and the food was just amazing, completely exceeded expectations. Dinner menu changed every night and it was a joy to discover new dishes. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to breakfast cook Javier Oscar who was an absolute sunshine and skilled sea food cook Maite at dinner. We were also happy with the services. Common areas are stylish and spacious, there is a huge pool with plenty of sun-beds, hotel gym was surprisingly good and we could easily rent bikes from the reception.
