Location was excellent, walking distance from the old center which is really worth a visit. The appartement was superb (excellent beds) and the owner who met us was more than friendly. She gave us tips and even took it very well when I broke the toaster. She said it could easily be replaced a d did not charge me for it! In fact I was sorry we did not stay longer there to visit the hinterland as getting there and around is very easy.

Beautiful countryside location, amazingly decorated, delicious breakfast and very friendly and warm owners. Would strongly recommend it to someone that wants to be somewhat close to Bilbao but far removed from the city life. About a half hour drive to the Guggenheim

The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a cafe downstairs and a nice little garden, and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. It offered good value for money and a great base for exploring Durango and the nearby Urkiola Natural Park. This was our second visit to Errota Ostatua and we'd definitely come back again.

Large, spacious twin bedroom on the first floor. Safe and secure parking for my bicycle in one of the hotels’s reception (conference?) rooms. The lady on reception was very efficient and professional with good English. Overall it was good value for money.
