Very nice place and good location.

It was more than excellent the level of service provided, in order to make all the clients in a very relaxing and supportive, confortable and cleanning environment. The particular service provided when I arrived at midnigth was unespected and extremely appreciated. The flight was late and there was someone waiting me, and providing me a healthy fruit salad, water for the room as well as room supporting entrance. This was not to happen, as had received a key to enter. Also all the other employees were available for a late breackfast, or an expresso of excellent quality (very difficult to find in Spain, indeed), at any moment that I would need it. Excellent room, with all the confort, clean and silence for a relaxing night even for me, that was working on the area. Top Hotel, with Top Employees!

I had an amazing stay at Garaiko Landetxea. It’s a beautiful accommodation. Modern, comfortable and situated in a quiet town surrounded by nature and magical views of the mountains. On top of that, the staff was brilliant. Jasone and Irune are very kind and go the extra mile. I was offered to lend Jasone her mountain bike since I wanted to do some cycling. They also provided a very good dinner on my arrival date. The breakfast was great as well and is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. I was given good recommendations for my day trip to Bilbao as well as recommendations for places to eat in Durango. It was simply perfect. Would love to come back in the future!

Amazing food, great service, incredible surroundings, insanely good breakfast. Room lovely with comfortable beds, very quiet and rural.

The room was great, the bed and the pillows were really comfortable and the bathroom is huge and elegant. But most important is that the collegues were really helpful and flexible. Beautiful town.

Absolute little gem in the Basque country. Everything is beautifully designed and the staff is incredibly kind.

Very cosy hotel in a nice little town in a beautiful Basque region! Little town does not mean that you won't find a good restaurant around...there are plenty of them!

It’s a historic building, beautifully renovated, perfect location. Big room with wooden floors, big window with a view. Staff was very friendly. In the morning I only felt like having a small but healthy breakfast and that was accommodated easily.
