Accommodations in Melide

Loved this place. Night and modern and the curtains on the bunks a plus. Back garden was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. One of my favourite stays along the Camino.

This is one of the best place we’ve stayed at since starting the Camino Francés. It is a charming lPension with a perfect location for the Camino Santiago. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and the bathroom was big enough. The staff was very friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information. We had booked in advance via Booking.com, and the check-in process was very easy. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is right on tha camino trail which is very convenient..Pulperia Garnacha famous for pulpo is just a short walk down the street. We had warm spacious and very comfortable room with a terriffic shower. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. We did not take the breakfast so cannot comment on this.

Superb accommodation! The staff was over the top and could not do enough to insure that we had everything we needed. We would go back anytime and hope to do so soon. 6 stars!

The area is so beautiful and clean, I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was to my liking.

A great place to stay while on the Camino. Excellent attention to detail to ensure every comfort for guests. Rooms spacious with plenty of storage space. A lovely restaurant and bar area with lovely food , a lovely relaxation and garden area and laundry fcilities also provided. A spa and treatments also available.

This was one of my favorite places on the Camino! The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful and it is very safe feeling. Antonio is such a lovely and welcoming gentleman, one of the kindest people I have ever met. The first place I stayed in Ponferrada, was not safe, at all. After that experience, you have no idea how much and deeply I appreciated the atmosphere, welcome, kindness and safety that was provided. This is an exceptional place to stay.

It was a lovely apartment, stocked with everything you need. I was even able to wash a load of laundry that was out on the wonderful balcony. Balcony overlooked the town as well as the landscape beyond. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Oh! The fridge items were a complete surprise!! Thank you, Begoña!

The hotel manager was terrific, and went out of his way to find a safe place to store our bicycles and to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night.

When we realized that I had mistaken it's location, the host was very caring and organized a taxi for us. On arrival we were greeted by friendly faces and shown to our room. They then provided food and drinks at no extra cost. They made sure that we were comfortable and also that we knew our way back to the Camino.. Thank you again to them for showing such kindness and generosity!

Great stay along the Camino! Exceptionally clean, nice facilities and they even have an orchid in the ladies restroom! Laundry service was quick and had the best smelling detergent!! The restaurant/pilgrim menu was very nice and the outdoor patio area made for a fun area to meet others! Great choice.

Rustic and modern at the same time. A quiet oasis on the Camino.

The staff is lovely—very friendly and hospitable. We were a family of 5, with three kids under the age of 13 who were on the last leg of the Camino. We found the bunk beds to be quiet comfortable. The pillow was too firm for my liking but I slept well. The pool is an absolute treat after a long day of walking. The pool is on the colder side, as is typical in Galicia, but it felt great on my tired legs. Overall, one of the better albergues I've stayed in on the Camino.

Such a special spot to stop right off the Camino trail. As Casinas was one of the highlights of our trip. We felt so cared for with the delicious dinner and breakfast.

This is just what we needed after walking almost 40,000 steps on Camino. The room was delightful. The staff was as well. Felt out of a movie set. Just amazing! And the food was exquisite! This should be an award-winning chef. He’s so talented. It was a special place!
