Right in the centre of the historic town directly by the river, but still quiet at night. Parking is remote (but easy) and this was clear in advance. The location is fabulous specifically because there are no cars on the narrow cobbled streets.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and within easy walking distance to everything in Potes. The view from the lounge was beautiful and it was lovely being able to sit & watch the changing light on the mountains.

Fantastic location on the main plaza....but...it was very very quiet. When we arrived it was 35°C and the apartment was lovely and cool. There was everything we need in the super clean apartment, including a bottle of water in the fridge. We genuinely couldn't fault it.

Google maps states property slightly to the west of its actual location. Meet the person at Luca supermarket which is below the apartment. Superb apartment with 3 good bedrooms and everything you need. Location couldn’t be better. I WILL be back.

Absolutely beautiful property, a lot of care has gone into the refurbishment with beautiful details and furnishings. Well equipped. Amazing location in the old town, quiet but very close to all amenities and bars and restaurants. A wonderful host with great communication who was so helpful. Very comfortable and spacious new appartments, well cleaned, with free parking lot in front of the building. There is a reception at the building entrance at certain hours. We got a great value deal for our stay. The location is ideal when you travel by car and visit Potes and Picos de Europa. Exceeding our expectation. Note: there is also a cheap gas-station at 2 min. drive down the N621 to fill-up your car.
