This was a late booking (just a couple of days in advance). Correspondence from our host was excellent. She reassured us that the booking was all ok, she gave good directions and clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. There is a really big car park right next to the property, we got a space with no problems. Location was really good with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small kitchen had everything you’d need including a full sized fridge and a washing machine. There was plenty of crockery and washing up facilities so nothing extra needs to be bought. All in all we would rate this 10 out of 10 and we’d definitely recommend it to others .

A luxurious accommodation, ideal for two people. It is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of Potes, while the historic town centre is just a pleasant 200-metre walk away. Access by car is perfectly fine, although both the approach road and the private parking area are quite steep. The property shares its grounds with a larger holiday accommodation owned by the same hosts. As a result, you only have use of the terrace at the front and a small balcony at the back at your disposal. The balcony overlooks the gardens of the neighbouring properties, but beyond them you have a magnificent view of the dramatic southern slopes of the Picos. We were lucky to have very sunny and warm weather during our stay. Such high temperatures are unusual in the region, and air conditioning is therefore not common either. Despite the fan, closing the blinds and opening the windows at night, it did get quite warm indoors.

This apartment is exceptional value for money in often expensive Potes. At this price point, I was not expecting a gorgeous apartment with a dedicated living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Everything was perfect and far better than expected. And in a town where parking is often difficult to find, it was refreshing to have an attached parking lot where we could securely park our vehicle for the night. All the main restaurants in town are either a moderate walk or quick drive away; so it's not like we missed anything by not staying in the middle of town. As a plus, there is a coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses perfectly decent coffee for only a euro per cup. Highly recommended!
