Accommodation in Backwell

Hotel was nice clean the shift manager sema was very very friendly nothing was to much trouble and kept the place spotless would HIGHLY recommend

the facilities were amazing ! Room was meeting expectations The breakfast was also meeting expectations the restaurant was superb - staff, food, ambience - all great !

I struggle to find a fault. We had evening meal and breakfast. The quality and service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the beds wonderful. The bathroom was kitted out very well

Everything worked out just fine.

Easy upgrade and late check-out at quite small fees, early check-in was available free of charge = you ask you get :) absolute must stay for Clifton!!!

Everything. Room was comfortable & spotlessly clean..lived it will defi return. The walk round the lake was awsome

Everything was perfect. Starting with very clean and spacious rooms, beautiful location genuinely next to the sea and ending with professional, helpful and always smiling staff.

Breakfast waa excellant. Sandwiches were very good. But main menu meals were not so good, fish n chips, fish was poor quality. But fish n chips at a nearby pub was worse. Cleaning staff were very good.

Beautiful location, room was comfortable, clean and exactly the same as the photos online. The staff were helpful and happy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Nothing to dislike

Lovely comfy room with en suite shower. Immaculately clean and really close to the airport!

Easy to find, close to the airport , quaint little room with a nice little kitchen upstairs with beautiful soft bread , butter and jam, tea & coffee , you can help yourself- beautiful touch to make you feel welcome

Absolutely stunning, immaculate inside and out, very modern features. The beds were super comfortable and the shower made you feel so clean.

The George at Backwell is perfectly situated, clean with amazing staff. James and his team were consistently available, friendly and professional. We stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend The George at Backwell.

Spacious, quiet and well equipped.

Host were amazing. The place was ideal. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, everything you need in the room. Plenty of tea, coffee & breakfast cereals etc. Ben is very polite and helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly owner. Very clean and large bedroom. Fantastic breakfast.

There was no breakfast but the location was very okay and closer to my office

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the host. The availability of the food was great as other places serve breakfast after 8 and we had to catch a flight at 3am - so we could utilise the cereal as supper instead.

The Acorns was in a superb location to enable me to walk into the airport (0.5km) earlyish in the morning. I felt very relaxed. A lot of thought had been put into screening the accommodation from the airport both visually and from any aircraft noise. There was tea and coffee making facilities. The grounds were lovely with the provision of picnic tables to have a meal out of doors (food not provided). There was a 24 hour M&S food just inside the terminal. I should happily stay again!

What a lovely place ! Very light and airy, exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Extremely secure padlocked gated private drive, very well lit outside areas with plenty of parking right next to the building. Easy access using lock box for the keys to be collected. Great view of extensive garden looking out on to hot tub, that was ready and waiting. Plenty of outdoor seating. We took a toddler with us who enjoyed looking at the planes taking off from nearby airport. Noise was no issue at all. planes do not takeoff at night either. Underfloor heating ensured everywhere was warm and cosy. Unfortunately we ended up leaving our large bag of art pens at the property when we left. Charlie from staycation and the owners went out of their way to get them back to us, by helping us arraigning a pick up from Parcelforce and boxing up the bag themselves. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

Beautiful interior, cosy. Very modern. Lovely responsive host who was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again
