Clean and comfy. Really modern facilities, keyless entry, great location in a quiet neighbourhood, not directly in central London but not too out of the way either, plenty of green spaces nearby which is a plus! The tube station (picadilly line) and a Tesco Express is just around the corner as well, making it really convenient for all your travel needs. The room is fully equipped with an induction stove, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle, as well as pots and pans for cooking. The staff was really friendly too, we really appreciated all their help, especially in regards to checking in earlier than expected due to our early morning flight arrival. They kept our bags safe while we went out exploring, then contacted us by 12pm saying that the room was ready! They also accommodated my request of putting us on a low floor as well, which I was grateful for. Besides a few minor issues highlighted below, I was really pleased with my stay here and would book again if I am ever in London! 😊

Location for the Philharmonic Hall - just across the road. Good eateries and pubs nearby - abit out of town but in a great quiet location and very handy for what we wanted . Would stay again. Very comfy small hotel, spotless and friendly staff. Just ten minutes walk into the centre. Arrived from Lime Street Station and ten minutes to hotel to store our bags as too early for check in. Quirky student area and very close to Catholic Cathedral which is worth a visit.
