The place is too good it's very clean stuff very friendly

This hotel has surprisingly comfortable public rooms which overlook Morecambe Bay making a delightful spot for a drink or conversation or just to sit and stare. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a brief stay. Breakfasts were excellent and the one dinner which we had turned out to be superb. Altogether very enjoyable.

That was lovely hotel. The breakfast was varied.located in the city center 10 minute. A small gift was waiting for us in the room when we entered.I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, 15 min walk to the arcades, tower, piers and everything else. Was nice to have a bath in the room Great choice of breakfast, cooked and continental

We booked half board with breakfast and dinner. Food was lovely and plentiful. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding especially our favourite sweet Abbie. The entertainment was very enjoyable each night with no need to venture out.

It's like a home from home,we feel absolutely at ease here. The food is outstanding never fails especially the Chicken Kiev...

The room is clean and quiet, Seaview, very good breakfast, very handy to get a tram, staffs have been very helpful

Everything from easy parking, great location. Room with views of the pitch, very welcoming staff at the desk which is rare theese days. Breakfast was good with a warm welcome.nice to have a bath option. Very clean.

Lovely room , spotlessly clean with a great sea view .Far better than I expected for the price we paid . It was in a perfect location for the sights in Blackpool only a short walk to the Tower and central pier. The bar and resteraunt are being refurbished at the moment but will be a great asset . I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel .

Brilliant location, we were travelling for a competition in winter gardens and the apartment is literally over the road. Had all the amenities we needed and the hosts were easy to contact and really helpful.

Lovely little apartment very modern, good size, great communication from host, bed so comfy! Seconds from the beach front perfect all round will definitely be back!

Could not have booked a better place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Faces Winter Gardens. Bed sheets had to of been non biological because I slept like a baby

Close to the promenade. Clean and tidy. Handy free parking. There is a washing machine but we assumed it's just for the cleaner as there's no drying rack or powder. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect communal seating in the "kitchen/dining room" with a beautiful view of the square with the historic church. Excellent access to the WinterGardens.
