excellent breakfast. Decor a bit dated, but we expected this nevertheless very clean. Very efficient manageress. Parking next door in a private car park they use. (£5 a day) On arrival parked in free shopping car park opp for an hr. Very handy very cheap shop opposite for food, toiletries etc. Small bar on site. Excellent location for central pier and tower. Its nr tram depot but no noise. Fish chips nearby.

As soon as we arrived ,we were warmly welcomed by Billy & Julie and made to feel at home . Outstanding room . Fresh milk in the mini fridge, which is far more superior than thouse little milk pots . Breakfast outstanding ,fresh ,hot, and service was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable! It felt safe. Lovely owners. We would return here next time we visit Blackpool and also recommend to anyone. It took around 10 mins to walk to the attractions.

The friendly host Hamish and his son Henry, they couldn't do enough for us, even left a bottle of proseco in an ice bucket and 2 glasses, the first room we wasn't too comfortable, so the next night he upgraded us to a huge room with the biggest bath for 2 people and the body wash was great, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family
