Verry friendly staff, excellent communication. Excellent location. Amazing bar. Beautiful hotel with comfortable lobby , room ensuite double bed, exceptionally clean, white cotton sheets, fresh towels and soap provided Best hotel in Blackpool. Just behind Coral Island right in City Centre

Great location for centre of town

It felt like going from home to home, the room was a little small which felt more cosey for the 3 of us

The location is great, you got all amenities near, it is close to train station and on the other direction bus station. I had 2 rooms, Nr 7 is the bigger one you see in the picture, the other is Nr 1. Both rooms where very comfortable with everything one could need in May in Blackpool. The Breakfast was really, really good. The best is the owner and how she cares about the guests. It had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommending this place, especially to all my fellow danceworld people.

Friendly staff. Great location. Comfy bed. Exceptional price.

A lovely gem, location is ideal, the hosts were so welcoming, room clean, bed was so comfortable, everything about it was absolutely spot on. Thank you Denise and Martin, will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing hotel really friendly staff. Great food and a bar

Nothing like pictures carpet disgusting, beds are old. Would not put any clothes in the wardrobe as they smell. Rusty radiator in bathroom & shower mouldy .

The staff were very friendly and helpful
