Very friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast and a good choice of food at other times. Very good choice of drinks and snacks at the bar with good seating. Fantastic entertainment in the evening. Great position on the seafront within easy walking distance of good amenities. Plenty of parking. Nicely decorated rooms that are very clean and tidy. We had another fantastic stay at this great hotel.

Lovely decor etc good choice at breakfast

Great location is a very nice town. A few minutes walk from the station and shops. Lytham Hall worth a visit. Very helpful friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, lovely shower and extremely clean. Food was very good and great value, especially the breakfast! Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Spotless friendly beautiful room

Sea view was fantastic, leisure centre was great too, lovely to be close to the centre of Lytham, very clean and lovely staff, bar area was welcoming, sunny and comfortable, dining area for breakfast was lovely and the breakfast itself was excellent, very tasty and filling, thank you

My sister and I have been before to this hotel, you are made to feel very welcome from the moment you arrive, nothing is too much trouble. Home from Home.

Very friendly staff with a homely feel

Large rooms, comfortable beds,good bathrooms.Tea and coffee facilities.Friendly staff. Accommodation separate from pub. Spar and co-op across road also subway and pizza place. Five mins down the road very nice pubs and restaurants ( luckily as ours had no food) Unfortunately there was no food as chef hadn't come in.

The hotel confirmed prior to us booking they didn't provide breakfast so this question is N/A. The hotel was lovely and clean, certainly not your standard Blackpool hotel, the beds were all new and the mattress was lovely and comfy and had mattress protectors on, there is no radiators in the bedrooms but they have a thick hot water pipe that runs through all the rooms that was on constantly, hubby took us on Valhalla on the pleasure beach and we were soaked and I didn't think we would get our trainers dried for the next day, but all 6 pairs of trainers were dried for the following day! Which I was thrilled about as if we had just a radiator it wouldn't of happened has also had coats to dry too, also some nights we had to open the windows as it got too hot (stayed in March and outside temp was 2c). The hotel guest Andy was very helpful provided us with menus of local takeaways and local advice of where to go to eat out at. Shower/bathroom was lovely and clean, we had a family room and a single room and both I was impressed with for cleanliness. Both rooms had TVs in with working remotes and new kettles and clean cups. If wanting to mooch about South Pier, Pleasure beach and Sandcastle this is all within walking distance, we ventured down to Mr Basrai's and the tower on our first night out and it cost £10.10 back to the hotel in a black cab, which was good considering it's over 2 miles away. On leaving we went to Hungry Horse (Air Balloon) just round the corner, so everything is accessible and close to this hotel. Would definitely stay again, good location, clean, and parking, with hot showers and heating and accessible for everything you want to do with a young family (and approx 300m up the road from Big Blue and hotel BLVD at a fraction of the cost).

Lovely daycor very nice environment . lovely freshly cooked breakfast . staff very pleasant . tram stop 5 minute walk . I've stopped in lots of hotels in Blackpool scala is the only one I'd stop again.
