The access to the appartment was smooth with keyless access key provided by the location management right away. Was easy to get to the city center by tram from the location.

I really enjoyed it. the woman was really nice. i spoke to her when we first got that, and also, we had a lot of conversations with her aswell she was lovely. she said she doesn’t mind what we do she said that even if we wanna make food at 1 am, feel free. the bed was comfy the house was clean she said if the cats did their buisness just let her know and she’ll clean it immediately. the games were good. I loved the Pac-Man machine 😭

The location for attractions were great … comfy and spacious .. everything we needed for a family of 8… WIFI included … shops across the street was great didn’t need to drive when we got there. There was one free parking space out the front the other 2 cars we parked in Lonsdale car park a couple of streets away for £40 a week. We had a slight problem on arrival .. the owner was so lovely and responsive to our call .. dealt with problem straight away. We used the takeaway downstairs a few times it was good and handy after a long day out.

The location was ideal.. sea view.. lovely walk along sea front to Blackpool centre.. free parking was another plus but also free street parking next to hotel.. staff were pleasant.. free WiFi .. rooms were basic but clean and bed was comfortable

Very clean, modern & spacious. Apartment had free parking for one car per apartment but at the end of the road was a public car park £11.20 for 24 hours which is perfect and only a minutes walk. The town centre was only a few minutes walk.

Properly had everything we needed, fab location, fitted two families in and beds were comfy. Free parking for two cars on drive and free street parking. Ten mins walk to pleasure beach etc. right next to train station. Communication with owner was brilliant. Thanks so much. We will be back x

The owner couldn't have made us feel more welcome nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is going through a period of renovation after a new owner has recently been appointed. The rooms are comfortable and had the basics for a night away. Rooms had tea/coffee facilities, TV
sink area and WiFi.
Close to the promenade and Blackpool FC. On street parking is limited but a big pay and display car park at the end of the road.
