It is excellent hotel! Rooms are large and very comfortable!

Walking distance from the city centre. Buses every 15 minutes to and from centre if you do not feel like walking up hill Being high up you have a beautiful view of Bath. Close to city centre but out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms comfortable

BEST value stay for couples in Bath. If you don't book here, what are you doing. It's literally the best housing steal. If you want to get into the city, you just need to take a quick 10 minute bus ride and you're in the center of bath. Free breakfast is also included. My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and had an amazing time. Rooms were super clean, and the room was an insanely good value for the price paid. Breakfast was great as well. The staff seem like part time Uni of Bath students and are extremely welcoming and kind and they treated us superbly. 10/10 would stay here again if I come back to Bath. Only downside is that Bath is pretty boring, wouldn't suggest staying here for more than one or two days. Not saying anything is bad about the accommodation though. The accommodation was amazing.

Lovely old building, great staff, good food and fantastic location opposite train station. The receptionist was really friendly and professional, important for those of us away on our own. Felt really safe at this Hotel and look forward to staying again in future.

When you book accommodation in an establishment like this, you do so with the understanding that period buildings have their own character, and may lack some modern convenience. At the Roseate, there is no lift, instead a series of interwoven staircases, which will bait your curiosity. Fear not as the staff will happily assist you to get your luggage to your room and no matter which side of the building you reside you will be rewarded with a view of the Bath skyline and gardens. The locations is also to be celebrated. The Roman baths are a 10 minute walk via the Pulteney bridge. Back at the villa, food and drink can be found at the on-site restaurant.

Simple, quiet, very centrally located. Nice room perfect for a single traveller for a couple of days. Check in wasn’t till 3pm but could leave luggage in hotel prior. Room is small but has everything you need. Shower great always hot water.

My room was in a quiet location away from the elevator and street noise. The staff at the property were very attentive and helpful, and really made me feel Welcome and relaxed.

They know how to be a hostel and receive travelers. Really lovely place: magic build, good facilities (a huge kitchen with everything you need), good space to share, confortable rooms, amazinggggg showers and really close to center, but not close enough to listen many noise (so this is perfect to rest). Crew members are lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Mill Hotel & Lodge, beautifully set on the banks of the River Avon with lovely gardens and stunning views over the Somerset countryside. Our room was very well organised, stylish, and offered a fantastic view full of greenery, making it a very relaxing place to unwind. The atmosphere in the restaurant and breakfast area was fantastic, where we could admire the old mill up close and enjoy the peaceful, bucolic surroundings. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel also offers a comfortable bar and lounge area to relax in the evenings. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful place and really good hospitality. They even organise activities for the people staying which i really appreciate.

The location was brilliant, there is a park and ride near by to take you into Bath. The accommodation is next to the Inn, for breakfast and evening meal.

The place is a dream! Clean, comfortable, central location, great views from every window. We wish we staying longer. We didn’t want to leave the place!
