This hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. It is right on the seafront and is warm and cozy.

We loved every aspect of our stay, from the perfect location and excellent facilities, to the beautiful building and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay.

We were right on the seafront of Ramsgate, so it was handy for all the amenities the town has to offer.

Love that I got upgraded to an en suite room as being an 18yr old girl, travelling alone at that I think they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Would definitely go back!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea to wake up to. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated with high-quality materials, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. There are also wonderful books available to read, which adds to the charm. The hotel has a Wes Anderson vibe, and it’s one of those rare places where you feel like you could live there. A special mention goes to the hallway leading to the rooms, which showcases the remnants of Margate’s history, almost like a small museum!

Danny, the hotel owner, is a very attentive, warm, and wonderful person. He immediately took care of whatever we needed and even provided complimentary bottled water. It was the first time I’ve ever become friends with a hotel owner—simply because he is such a good person. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here.

I loved the clean, quirky room and the ideal location, close to the water, many good pubs and restaurants and cafes and still only ten minutes walk from the train station. The booking.com description needs to be updated (and apparently the owner has tried to get this to happen) as the associated coffee shop/bar/restaurant is now Twist just across the road, but no longer actually on site. This is also where you check in, collect keys etc. This is in no way detrimental, it's just that the description on booking com is inaccurate . . . but only in as much as check in, bar and food details. Twist is excellent for both food and drinks and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

The lovely couple were accommodating. We'd enjoy our stay and definitely if given the chance to go back, we will book there again. Both family suites we booked were clean and neat. Though the rooms aren't airconditioned, we were given an electric fan for each room. the ceiling is high and the room is well ventilated so it wasn't warm at all. The location is really good as well. it is near the beach, shops, train station and bus stop.

It was clean and the breakfast was nice and warm specially the pan au chocolate, it was flaky on the outside but soft on the inside. I also love the toilet because of the bidet. The host was also very reliable, nice and accomodating, responds to inquiries immediately. Also, the location was great. I will surely comeback here.

Flat was spotless, nicely decorated. Location was great, close enough to tge beach, bars and restaurants but away from the noisy main streets. I'd stay again.

Excellent location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Spacious accommodation with many thoughtful features; better than high expectation from website. Clean, comfotable and most enjoyable.
