Accommodation in Jedburgh

We were very delighted to get a last minute booking for a room over the weekend of a festival in the village. We knew that the attic room had a private bathroom rather than an en suite so although this was not quite so convenient it was exactly as we expected and we loved that this old inn is providing quirky accommodation that is not just like a standard chain hotel. Although the attic room had sloping ceilings it was actually bigger in floor area than we expected. The staff in the hotel were absolutely wonderful from the welcome when we arrived to leaving after our two night stay. We ate in the hotel both nights, joined by friends who were not staying in the hotel. The food was delicious and well cooked. Breakfasts were also excellent and cooked to order. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

It is a lovely static in a great location at the Lilliardsedge park. I've stayed in a few on the park now, but this one feels especially luxurious and homely, with very modern facilities (including an air fryer, coffee maker, and brilliant shower). It is also beautifully decorated with appropriate decor. It has a king-size bed in the main bedroom, plenty of books, games, and even outdoor toys (like frisbees), for the kids, excellent wifi for the commuters and gamers like myself, a smart tv, and everything you need in the kitchen. To top it all off Jackie was extremely hospitable, checking to see even what type of milk I would like, and making sure I had more than enough when settling into the lodge (including treats for my pup), then even going above and beyond after checkout when I left a blazer behind. I was so grateful for everything she did. She is really very kind, courteous, and clearly cares deeply about her guests' experiences. Thank you, Jackie.

Fantastic location and facilities, good information from the host

This property was exceptionally clean. The welcome basket was incredible and a lovely personal touch. Everything you could think you needed and more within this property. The master bedroom was incredibly roomey and a great size ensuite. The beds are so comfy. The owners were amazing with communication and providing all the information we needed. Lovely peaceful site that it is based within. We will defiently be returning.

Stunning caravan, absolutely spotless, and lots of thoughtful touches, location is perfect for the shop and tavern on site. , lizzy, and Gary were very thoughtful. Left out goodies for my 3year old daughter. I travelled myself with my daughter and felt very safe. lizzy answered any questions I had promptly. Would 100% recommend Great location for popping into jedburgh and visiting jacksons farm. The tavern on site is lovely and staff all very friendly. The tavern twirly ice cream was a huge hit for my little girl

Lovely old hotel, wonderful owners.

We loved our stay. The owners were charming and went the extra mile to make us welcome. Beds very comfy and showers were good. Delicious breakfast. And we thought the tapestry of Scottish rulers in the breakfast room was epic!

We had a very nice stay. The room was cozy, confortable and clean. The breakfast in the fridge was a very nice idea for us.

Pretty much everything. Staff were extremely good, breakfast good quality produce well cooked.

Our bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was beautiful everyday and the owners service was exceptional, they were very welcoming and made us feel so at home, we didn’t want to leave ❤️

Our group of 5 adults had the pleasure of staying one night in this charming caravan and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was—the entire space felt fresh and well-maintained. It was the perfect setup for our short getaway, offering just the right amount of comfort without feeling cramped. What really made the experience stand out were the thoughtful touches we didn't anticipate. The hosts had stocked the kitchen with fresh milk, bread, and even a coffee machine ready to go, which was a lifesaver for our early morning start. We also found tea bags, sugar, and some basic condiments, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast without needing to run to the store. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was equally pristine, with plenty of hot water. Overall, this caravan provided fantastic value for our stay. It's ideal for groups looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. We'd definitely book again—highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

Lovely apartment, perfectly central for enjoying a charming town. Quiet and comfortable, especially the bed!

House is absolutely amazing, spotless.. Beautiful. People that own it. Tonya and Pete are what makes this place feel like a home from home. There are wee personal touches all over and they are so personable. You get your privacy. So much thought put into everything. I will never forget this house and the people that own it. Very special place and very special people. Unique experience. Special.

From the start, it was perfect 👌 to stay at the house and staff communication... was really good. It was warm and felt at home. They decorated for the festive season and left us little treats and a gift under the tree, which was a very nice gesture. Thank you, Franklin's. You really accommodated all 7 of us.
