Excellent facilities, in very good condition. Plenty of space in the bedroom, clean functional en-suite (wet-room). Great communal lounge/diner/kitchen with plentiful appliances, crockery, utensils, and even some dry food goods e.g. breakfast cereal, tea, coffee etc. Books, games and local information guides. Cycle pods were roomy and secure. Great communication from the managers. Really pleased that our stay supported a valuable local resource for the Newcastleton community.

Exceptional, friendly and welcoming hosts. Excellent facilities and location. The hosts were always available if needed, but respected my privacy. An altogether wonderful stay, and I am looking forward to staying again.
