Staff is extremely helpful, serving and always ready to help. Breakfast is very great! Check-out is at 11!! Which gives you plenty of time to get ready! We do love the location and a 10 min drive to the beach is a pleasure since there is no traffic and you just drive through the field. MCDonalds is 3 min away by walk from the hotel and mini-Asda store as well: so, if you get hungry at night, you can easily walk to McDonalds. We stayed in more expensive hotels but honestly: it is cleaness and welcoming of staff that make your stay nice and pleasant. So far, we liked it!

Perfect location in the centre. The room had the view on royal marina. Very nice view. Although in the city centre it was not noisy at all. We could sleep very well, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Everything was clean. You could breathe the atmosphere of the Victorian era in this hotel and the Victorian Pavillon was just the opposite. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The staff were amazing. The room was beautiful with a lovely view over the marina. And check I was met by a beautiful girl that brought a smiles to my face. Her name was ANGEL .

Great little place, stayed here for two nights with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the service and facilities. Had full English breakfast on Sunday morning which was really good. Walk to the beach was only about 10 mins long.

Very spacious apartment, lovely bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed in one of the bedrooms. Easy parking in the town centre. Generally very clean. Great communication from Lorraine.

This is a lovely house, centrally located, with a good layout and lots of nice features. It was very easy getting in. There is space in the courtyard for two cars, which is helpful when loading and unloading. The house is well appointed, the furniture is good quality and everything has been well thought through. There's even a cool sound system. In terms of location, you couldn't be more central, as the house is a few minutes' walk from the harbour, the old town and all its shops, and there's even a supermarket a few minutes away.
