The hotel is in the middle of a refurb and I will definitely return to see the hardwork completed. Everything was exceptional at the hotel. The reason being you, booking. Com never told us a we had to book the ferries. When we found out from the staff at the hotel, we could not get a ferry on the Monday or Tuesday to return from holiday because of the Isle of Wright Festival.
