The ladies that work at the guesthouse are amazing, so sweet and welcoming! I loved everything from the views to the smallest details, the room was exceptionally clean, food was amazing, bed is really comfy. the location is super convenient, and cafe is great. i highly recommend this place, and i am definitely coming back!

Clean room - The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Friendly host - The host was friendly and proactively responded. Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. There are convenience stores also in the locality.

We love the house so we came back after 3 years! Beautiful and greenery place with terrace. Room is very clean and bathroom has shower curtain and water pressure is good. High ceiling with traditional wooden house. Breakfast was wonderful with home made sausage and omplette with llocal sauces. Baklava was served as well with coffee.

It is in the center of Mzcheta close to the cathedral in a very lovely street. It's very quite - no noise from the street. The building is quite new and has everything for a comfortable stay. It's very good equipped in fact. Many glasses for a wide variety of drinks, a vacuum cleaner and of course a washing machine - to name just a few examples. The mattress is super comfy. My sleep was amazing. The owner were very helpful and solved the issues that arose straight away.

Bike friendly. I recommend staying in the cozy town of Mtskheta if you have already been to Tbilisi. In this town you will feel real Georgian charm. And this is the best guesthouse during my entire trip to Georgia. The guest house is located right in the city center. The hostess Nana is very hospitable. She treated me to two glasses of excellent house wine. Buy the red one and you won't regret it.

The hostess was absolutely LOVELY and very accommodating, even lending us her laundry basin and forgiving a burnt hole in a towel 😬! Opt into breakfast - it is exceptional, including homemade sausage and yogurt. Would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home-stay accommodation! Magdalena has been super friendly and made us really feel like home at her place. The house is wonderfully located just in the heart of the old town next to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Our room and the ensuite bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Thanks for everything!

This was a great property for our needs. We stayed as a group and enjoyed the accommodations, especially the outside seating are. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and facilities were everything we needed. I would stay here again. I also found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.
