Great stay and delicious food in the restaurant.

Great location in Volos, a short walk away from lots of cafes/ restaurants and the waterfront area. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, well equipped and had a huge balcony. There’s a covered parking area in the back (though it can be a bit tricky to maneuver if you’re the last to arrive, as it’s quite tight).

Very cozy room and extremely beautiful! It is very comfortable, clean and not only met our expectations but was far better than what we expected. The hosts are very kind and always willing to help with anything. There is also a beautiful restaurant within the premises that serves amazing food (If not the best, it is definitely one of the best restaurants we visited in pelion). I would totally recommend it and definitely choose it again in the future.

Clean, well-equipped, quiet apartment not far from the shore. Easy checkin. Considerate, helpful owners, readily availabke and quick to reply. If you want to go into Volos, bus stop nearby.

The house was clean, with sufficient bathroom supplies and some kitchen ones. The hosts were very discreet and friendly and we had great communication. They even brought us vasilopita and charged us less for the woods of the fireplace. Totally recommended with great price for the area.

We liked that the property was in the centre of the city, and the nightlife was amazing. It was a nice apartment, but more suitable for only 3 people.

A very good experience, enjoyable and relaxing accommodation, very quiet area and nice view. A clean house and tidy with everything that you need inside, air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi fi good, 3 bathrooms. The owner is nice and pleasant and fast responsive. My stay at The A Project was very good and memorable. Ms Afroditi is a perfect host, who showed me her place and explained everything in detail. The suite itself is very spacious, a whole floor of a house, in the centre of beautiful Agria. There is anything one needs for a short or long stay. The main room is decorated in much style and artistic taste that appealed to me a lot. I would gladly return to the A Project. Thank you ever so much!
