Accommodation in Mesariá

We loved our stay at Kallos Imar Boutique Hotel in Messaria, Santorini! The architecture of the building is stunning and the whole interior modern and chic. Everything is clean and the location is perfect - only 5 minutes by bus from the airport and centered between Fira/Oia in the north and Kamari/Perissa in the south. This 4-star-hotel has a great cost/performance ratio. The ABSOLUTE BEST about this hotel is the extremely friendly staff; Cindy and Ana are true sweethearts, they helped us with everything and always were so kind. Also the rest of the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful structure in a central location, very convenient for easily reaching the whole island. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the SPA area is perfect and peaceful.

We need to thanks Stamstina for being so nice and supportive with us. It was a very difficult moment as my mother in law passed away while we were in Santorini, and she helped us even after leaving her villas. Is a wonderfull woman and the place is an Oasis of peace and the breakfast are so great!!!

The facilities, room and staff were wonderful. The location is a bit secluded which we liked. We rented a car which made coming and going super easy. The ordering of breakfast and the timing of service was a bit different but we adapted well. Thank you so much for making our anniversary experience a great one! Mike and Irma, Costa Rica

One of the pretiest hotels i went to

Perfect location! This hotel is literally only a few steps away from bus stop, supermarket and lots of restaurants. Also has couple of cafes one of which is 24/7! Only 15 walk from the capital Fira! And buses cost 2 euros and get you from this area to fira in 4 minutes! Staff were so friendly. Reception staff: Bana and Maria, and all restaurant staff were super polite, friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The owners often hangs around the lounge area and greets guests. I requested to reception last min for a surprise decor in our room for when we returned at night on my husbands birthday. And the staff went out of their way and did lovely little decor, along with cute cake slice and balloons. Once we had hot water issue and when we called reception, they got someone to check it straight away and fixed it within minutes. The service is so fast and great.

The nearness to the AirPort of course impacts the sorroundings, But for us this was the perfect location. THe friendlyness of the staff was exceptional!

The rooms were very comfortable, the property super clean, the breakfast was lovely and the staff, especially Michael, were exceptional. Michael also recommended a really wonderful local restaurant that made our short stay special.

We absolutely loved our stay! The receptionist/host was super welcoming and gave us helpful info about the island. The hotel is close to the airport and has a number of eateries close by which is very handy. The room was spacious and extra towels were provided for the pool which was appreciated 😊

Very spacious, good air con, lovely owner

We’ve visited the unique Santorini three times before, always choosing to stay near the beach—we truly love this island. This time, we were only here for two days, as we were spending our main holidays in Milos. We decided to stay in Messaria and discovered a completely different side of the island. Walking through its narrow alleys was pure magic. At first, we were a bit concerned about the distance from the parking area in the square to the residences, but it turned out to be well worth the walk. We recommend renting a scooter—it makes it much easier to reach the heart of the village, where you’ll find Messavoli, a beautiful traditional complex of residences. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and tastefully decorated. What amazed us most was the peacefulness—just the sound of birdsong all around. Inside, the old wine press has been wonderfully preserved, as the owners explained it was used many years ago to make wine. Combined with our visit to a local winery, these two days became one of the highlights of our trip. We truly hope to return next year. Thank you for everything!

Very welcoming place, spotless and fantastically comfortable. Great rooms, pool and faciltiies. Host very generously delivered wine for our quick stay. Our only issue was that we couldn't stay more than one night (due to flying home).

You'll find this accommodation in the middle of the island, which makes it a very good starting point for exploration. In the village itself, you'll also find a few restaurants on walking distance, which are also very affordable. We chose to explore the island by car, you'll find enough places to park. Big compliment towards the host; very friendly, helpful, and great recommendations for activities and places to visit (especially the boat tour!). The accommodation was very clean and soundproof. We arrived a bit early, but the host took care of our luggage and informed us when the place was ready! Which was very much appreciated.

Quiet location but a short walk into town for all amenities. Villa was gorgeous and had everything you could need and the host, Christos, was so welcoming and really helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
