Sigri is lovely, small, sleepy town of about 400 people at the western tip of the island. Lesvos Tower is about 1 km out of the town, easily accessible by a seaside road. The property has been built over 20 years by the amazing hosts Dimitris and Evangelina. They are lovely, lovely people. When we arrived the first thing Evangelina said was, “Coffee?”. 🥰 And we got coffee with her marvellous apricot desert. They live on the property when in season. Going there is like visiting your lovely parents or grandparent. It is more of a home than a commercial property. And the premises are full of flowers and trees making it especially beautiful, given the otherwise barren land around Sigri. The buildings have been designed and built brick by brick by Dimitris and have a Byzantine architecture feel. He has even built a beautifully decorated chapel, which is a must see. There is also a very decent pool, great for kids. We stayed at the stand alone two room villa, which offered comfort and privacy. At night we were able to watch the Milky Way and the stars (the new port of Sigri does create a bit of light pollution, but it was less so at Lesvos Tower). Everytging was clean, the hospitality was above and beyond anything I have ever seen. It is also a perfect location for longer stays and for families. But my main comments is, one should go and stay Lesvos Tower just to meet the hosts, Dimitris and Evangelina…

The owner and the staff might be the best hosts I have ever met. The hotel is in very good condition, spotless clean, and rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. It is a joy to sit in the balcony and listen to the sounds of nature. There is plenty of parking space as well.

I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, and had a fresh, modern feel that made the stay very comfortable. Parking was a breeze with easy access right on the property – a big plus when you're traveling by car. One of the best parts was how close the place is to Skala – just a short drive or even a walk away, which made it super convenient for exploring the town, beaches, and local restaurants. Also, as someone who travels with a pet, I was especially impressed by how welcoming and understanding the hosts were. It’s not always easy to find pet-friendly places that go the extra mile, but this one definitely did. All in all, a great stay – clean, convenient, and very pet-friendly. I’d absolutely come back!
