Els amfitrions són molt més que amables. Ens van tractar de 10 i van tenir un parell de detalls tant a l'arribar com amb l'esmorzar que no teniem inclosos. L'habitació és molt gran i no trobaràs a faltar de res. La zona és tranquila i segura. En general estava tot molt net.

És un hotel meravellós, extraordinariament bonic, cuidat i molt tranquil. Les habitacions son espaioses, totes de fusta i molt boniques i amb grans finestres per veure l'exterior, ja que està enmig del bosc. Hi ha zones exteriors de descans amb hamaques còmodes i sents els ocells i els sons de la natura en tot moment. El personal és molt amable, profesional i simpàtic i donen un servei molt personalitzat en tot moment. El restaurant és molt tranquil, sense música que s'agraeix i té vistes al llac, el qual está just davant per banyar-se durant el dia. És el millor hotel amb molta diferència que he estat allotjat en tota Guatemala. El matalàs es de nivell superior i es descansa de meravella. L'experiència ha estat fantàstica. Gràcies a tots per fer del meu final de viatge un record inesborrable!

Les habitacions amb llits amples i còmodes. Molt bona dutxa. La zona de la piscina és agradable. El jacuzzi amb aigua calenta és genial al capvespre. Ofereixen una passejada en llanxa pel llac gratuïta. Les vistes al llac i la posta de sol a la platja són increïbles. L’hotel és ideal per estar-se un parell o tres de dies i fer excursions per la zona i visitar els jaciments arqueològics propers.
