Great location. Clean 3 bedroom mobile home. The kitchen had everything we needed, microwave, stove with pots and pans. We were surprised that there were three bathrooms. The space was well planned out, it was great.

Excellent accomodation with wonderful view. The appartments are equipped with literary everything necessary, from air dryers, to washing Maschine, a well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms with towels, bathrobes, shampoo and washing gel etc. The fridge also contained some free drinks. The pool is amazing with colorful lights at night. You can reach any location in Zadar by Uber or Bolt, which are quite cheap. The hosts are extremely friendly and gave us beach and restaurant recommendations. I genuinely recommend this villa!

Super accommodation at an ideal location in Zadar. Super close to everything including the world famous sunset spot. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the bath was amazing and an added bonus of the best blackout curtains! We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the decor and comfort of the place. The owner was super helpful with the best spots to check out around Zadar as well. Would highly recommend :)

Great value for money! The apartment is on the beachfront with a sunny terrace where you can breathe fresh sea air! Quiet location. After a few days we truly felt like we weren’t staying on holiday in a rental apartment but like we were actually home! We didn’t want to leave! The apartment is cozy as well, everything is newly renovated/furnished. The host is lovely and very kind. She even left some biscuits and tea, coffee, milk and honey in the apartment.

I was amazed by the beauty of the old town centre. The sound of sea organs and a stunning sunset is everything that you need. Accomodation was extremely clean and my stay there was a beautiful experience. Also, the host was amazing and very helpful. Definitely worth the money.

Mr. & Mrs. Lipotica were kind and gracious hosts. They really made us feel at home and went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect; everything you need is only a short walk away. The bus stop is also nearby- buses run regularly and reach Zadar in approx 15 mins. A perfect spot for a relaxing holiday!
