This is the most spacious, bright hotel room I stayed in during my whole Bali trip. Other places, especially in Ubud, tend to be damp and not so bright, but the moment I walked into my room in this hotel my mood was lifted by all the bright light and light-colored design. The bed is the most comfortable, and they have a whole range of new pillows, some soft, some harder, which is great as I find the pillows in previous hotels to be too hard. The hotel reception and staff are very professional and efficient, ready with answers and solutions. Ask for a room facing away from the pool as it tends to have live music most of the time.

A perfect oasis in the centre of Kuta, beautiful grounds and gardens surrounding the outdoor pool. We booked a suite and had a double balcony which included a comfy sofa, kitchen area and two bathrooms, it was so clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and so very nice, we used most of the facilities including the gym, laundry room (this was our second location in Asia so it was great to have this) and breakfast was in the main restaurant which again was stunning.

Pool and waterpark are excellent for kids and families. Location is very good for dinner out and shops. Room was clean and very comfortable. Night live performance was amazing.

Super Clean, Super Friendly and Polite, Location was awesome! We booked this hotel to spend a couple of days as our Honeymoon. Firstly, I should say that their hospitality is beyond 5 stars. They decorated the room for our honeymoon with roses and towel shapes. They also placed a cake inside the fridge for us to enjoy. Each and every person working in this hotel was so friendly and kind. Breakfasts were amazing, and they included so many high-quality options. My wife liked a special Indonesian sweet on the first day for breakfast time, and they prepared it for us the next day, and they brought a plate full of it to our table! They also gave it to us as a takeaway! I cannot tell you all the details, but if you want the most pleasant stay, choose this hotel.

Steal deal..just 5 mins away from the airport. Excellent property with Kuta market in walking distance and the price was worth for. The staff was super friendly and they even give you one way free airport pickup/drop. The room was spacious with hot tub, tv, hot kettle, big wardrobe, etc. What else you can also for a stay for just 20USD?

A room is very specious and location is a street with numerous fancy restaurants and bars! Only 10 minute drive to the airport if you have an early flight.

I like pool, location was awesome too, rooms are comfortable and clean.

Great hotel at good rates. Sure recommend it with special comments to the staff that were kind enough to celebrate with a piece of cake my wife's birthday.
