The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of the wineyards and surrounded by tranquility, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast spread was outstanding, featuring delicious homemade treats, and the wine selection was nice, offering a range of tasty options to elevate the evening experience.

They were very accommodating and helpful

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in this very stylish apartment on the old town walls of the pretty town of Gradisca. The apartment is extremely well equipped, everything you could want in the very modern kitchen/living room with breakfast bar and comfy sofa. The outside seating area and small garden were just fabulous for breakfast and early evening before it got too chilly! The views of the countryside and mountains in the distance were lovely and as we were there in early April we were serenaded by frogs for much of the time!

Great hotel to stay for a night near trieste airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast.

The pool was lovely and clean. Well maintained. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. The hotel was very clean, it is old fashioned, so if you want modern, it's not for you, but it was right up our street. 15 minutes from Gorica which was perfect for us.

Beautiful room and location very friendly and helpful staff

Location of the accommodation is in the center of small city, very close to all shops, restaurants, promenade. Generally it is close to the Grado on the seaside, Udine, Palmanova, definitely location from where you can explore this part of the Italy. It is "Casa" so amazing, clean, comfortable, modern, - with one word - special. On the reception and restaurant, stone details, stone floors, so stunning. From restaurant you have a view to the square, feeling you are in the small castle :) Breakfast is typical Italian, very delicious, prepared with love. I specially like that cheese and ham and prosciutto were served on the wooden cutting board. Rooms, are comfortable, love the mattresses, design, spacious shower - everything top clean. View from the rooms to the hill and houses around and hearing church bell - you have to experience it. Staff, polite and kind giving so much instructions where to go for dinner (Top restaurant with local specialities "In Taverna" where we really enjoy the food and wine). What time to come, we stayed in August, but I definitely want to come again in May when is special happening in the area. This is place you have to come, without too much thinking, reserve and feel this special place.

Amazing stay. The host was very friendly, and helped us by reserving a parking spot in front of the accommodation. The place is well located, very close to food places. Also, very modern and clean. There is a kitchen/ terrace for anyone to use with snacks/ coffee/ fruit.

We had a wonderful stay at Love Story Guest House. The room was lovely, and everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Miriam is an exceptional host—very kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The communication was smooth, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Always prompt email replies from Dario. Quiet location yet walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast! Clean rooms. Unfortunately weather not ready for the swimming pool :( I will surely return, because many quiet and scenic roads around Colio/Brda and nearby hills.

The property was very central to the town of Cormons, a 2 minute walk to the main piazza which has many cafes to enjoy a drink or coffee. It was very comfortable for two people. Fully self contained with washing/drying machine. Our hosts Laura and Roberto were very welcoming, helpful and hospitable, gifting us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and traditional cakes during our stay. There are two supermarkets in the town. The train station is an 8 minute walk with trains that will take you to many destinations. There are buses also that will take you to many towns in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Location, garage, spacious apartment

Angie was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable straight away. The house is very charming and has authentic Italian decor. Angie was also helpful and shared some good restaurant recommendations.

Where to start? This place was an experience, not just accomodation. We were welcomed by a charming hostess Irina and felt immidiately at home. Property is really beautiful, like straight from fairytale, both villa and its surroundings are decorated with taste and lots of charming details. The room (Regina) is beautiful, spacious and has everything one might need (even a small refrigerator). Frescoes on the walls and antique furniture were something special. Everything looks even more impressive than on pictures. In the morning Irina served us an extraordinary breakfast in a beautiful salon with a fireplace. There were all kinds of delicacies of the region which Irina presented us with love and detail: sweet plum gnocchi, apple cake, peach strudel, local cheeses and ham from the region and much more. We enjoyed dining inside but there is also a lot of outdoor seating options when the weather is nice. Irina gave us recommandations about a local street food fest as well as other advices on what to see and where to go in the region. We felt we got the know the region through her stories and our short stay there. We also met a beautiful dog Arnika and the cutest cat Tiger. Cormons is a charming little town with good restaurants just a step away from b&b. We enjoyed walking to the Chiesa Beata Vergine del Soccorso on the hill and the spectacular view on vineyards and the town. All in all, this was the most beautiful bed and breakfast we have ever been in, with a wonderful and friendly hostess and we would love to return here again. We left with great impressions and can highly recommend it to other travellers!
