The hardest part of traveling for us is being able to sleep. Neighbors always make too much noise. But we slept better than at home. The staff was so so kind and helpful it made it the best ski trip we have had in Italy. You are close to the slopes, but get to sleep and meet the locals. Grazie mille.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception — everything was explained clearly, and the staff was very helpful. It's our second time in this hotel. We came here for skiing with car and this hotel exceeds our expectations. For the price you pay, you get tasty food, great atmosphere, wonderful Spa (extra pay, but worth it) and very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Dinner is great also (ordering through App the day before). The owners and staff are very helpful. The Spa area is brand new and very nice and clean. Easy to reach Daolasa ski lifts (by free shuttle bus) and Groste ski lift is 20 min by car.

Super friendly staff, elevator, so I didn't have to walk the stairs to 3 floor, the possibility to prepare some food downstairs. The sauna in the 2-person room is really nice. Temperature up to 95 deg. C (you set it to what ever you want), which is better than what I've experienced elsewhere. It's a little hard to get up to the top part of the sauna, where it's most hot. Would be nice if there was a wider bed in the top part of the sauna, but that's just wishful thinking from my side.
