Host went above and beyond in his attention to my needs. Rooms were very large and comfortable and with utilizing just the master bedroom and not using the two other bedrooms the apartment was probably 1100 to 1200 square feet. Very nicely decorated. Bathroom we done whereby tub was replaced with a shower. Saturday market, picture below, was an added bonus to my visit.

We stayed here one night while driving through Italy. The hostess was quite gracious. This facility was new. The room was clean, comfortable, quite, and had a great view. We definitely felt like we were not in a tourist trap. Breakfast was exceptional! More than a typical European continental breakfast. The Italian mountain villa ambience was wonderful. Nearby restaurant choices seemed plentiful and the one we chose was excellent; true local Italian restaurant (Santa Lucia).

Quiet area with ample parking. The room was wonderful and clean. AnnaMaria is so lovely and always ready to answer any questions. Beautiful views of the historic centre and famous Christ the Redeemer statue. Breakfast was in the breakfast room where you could make coffee/tea and packaged pastries, fresh fruit, milk/juice boxes, bottled water and cold cuts/cheese provided. Access to the kitchen was always available.

This amazing accommodation overlooks the sea from a wonderful, private balcony. The host is the best part--warm and attentive. The breakfast both mornings went beyond expectations. There was a safe place to park our car and a restaurant a five minute walk away. Absolutely recommend!

- Stunning property, comfortable room. We loved the private patio overlooking the sea, framed by bougainvillea. - Great restaurants onsite. Breakfast overlooking the sea is a dream. Incredible croissants baked onsite, and we also loved the pizza. - Beautiful walk down to the sea through the pine trees. We wanted to bottle up the scent and take it home with us. Sea + pines is a dreams. If you don’t want to walk, they’ll arrange a golf cart. - Personal, warm staff, looking to help you at every turn. They remembered our names, helped us book excursions, and attended us throughout the day.

Everything it was exceptional. The facilities were superb could not ask for anything more. The location, the facilities, the pool the breakfast, the art work and decor were beautiful. We got lost and Carlo stayed on the phone to us leading us through all the streets to the car park at property. Could not ask for more or recommend this property highly enough. It is actually nicer than the photos didn’t want to leave.
