Very accomodating & friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent

The location of the properly is just perfect if you plan smaller or bigger hikes. The manager has gave us the perfect routes, that were less busy with tourists but as gorgeous… after the hiking you can relax in sauna or swimming pool. Hotel has an excellently equipped gym (perfect for cross fit enthusiasts). The food delivery is great, and you can eat downstairs by enjoying the views to the mountains.

Amazing family feel. Amazing views property finished very well. Rooms are very big. The half board option is really nice the dinner was very tasty.

A lovely place with great food , spa and a very friendly and accommodating staff, in the beautiful valley of Braies.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was delicious and it was such a good location between the key hikes / icons that we wanted to see! We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves visiting the Dolomites for a second time!

everything was really good. the apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. there are a lot of kitchen utensils. it is in the same building at the shop and the restaurant -> you can go there and buy take-away pizza. very convenient. there is also a garage under the building. and do not worry -> if you have SUV with a roof rack at the top it will still fit as the garage it really high :)

Just fabulous... spacious & confortable. This is the 4th time we stayed at Platzerhof, Barbara, our host is always helpful and welcoming, and the apartment feels like been home away from home. There are some nice restaurants in town, a great supermarket (Coop) and some great little bakeries near by. The apartment kitchen is well set-up, and the rooms are perfect for our group. We'll be back for sure!

A lovely stay- beautiful apartment, surroundings and Michaela was so welcoming. Great location to the northern hikes in the Dolomites and a nice quieter area to enjoy. Apartment was well equipped and beds were super warm and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and plenty of room. Apartment retained the heat very nicely, so always warm and cosy. The hosts and personnel are super friendly, the breakfast and diner in the halfboard package are amazing. It’s an authentic Tyrol feeling inside. Would come back for sure.

Spacious comfortable room Wholesome and plentiful breakfast Dinner menu varied, again plentiful, excellent value and catered well for a gluten allergy. I have to mention Yolande whose service was amazing looking after us and constantly making sure we had everything we desired.

I like the room as it was very cozy and clean and had a superb balcony as a privacy corner separated from other balconies... There is nice furnishing inside the room. Breakfast was very good and dinner was superb. They had gluten free options without prior announcements to the hotel... They had nice wine supporting the dinner as well as local craft beer. The sauna was nice and enough room in front to rest.. swimming pool was a bit small but also nice... the hotel is almost in the center of the village... it was very clean and super friendly stuff.
